The Community Tab is a YouTube channel feature that allows creators to post polls, images, GIFs, and text updates to engage subscribers between video uploads. It appears as a tab on your channel page.
Unlock Requirement
Community Tab unlocks at 500 subscribers. Once unlocked, posts appear in subscribers' feeds and can reach non-subscribers through recommendations.
Post Types
Polls
Ask questions with multiple choice answers. Great for content ideas, audience research, and boosting engagement.
Images
Share photos, behind-the-scenes content, memes, and visual updates. Can include up to 4 images per post.
Text Posts
Updates, announcements, questions, and conversations. Link to videos or external sites (YPP members).
Video Clips
Share existing videos, Shorts, or highlight specific moments from your content.
